Assistant Professor Prasanee Nainanon Assistant to the Dean and Acting Director of the Student Development Division, reported that the Career Readiness Preparation for Transitioning to Work (Orientation) project aims to enhance confidence among fourth-year students to enter the workforce successfully. Graduates will be able to identify their own needs, align them with organizational goals, work collaboratively with others happily, and achieve professional success. The project includes seminars on hard and soft skills, social adaptation, social integration preparation with coworkers, and lecture activities on startup topics with NSRUBi.

นักศึกษาปี 3 - 4 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมปัจฉิมนิเทศ 2566 วันที่ 4 ตุลาคม 2561 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไชยรัตน์ ปราณี อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดและกล่าวให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษา ชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 4 และปีที่ 2 เทียบโอน คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และคณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตรและเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม ในกิจกรรมโครงการ เตรียมความพร้อมสู่อาชีพเพื่อก้าวสู่การทำงาน (ปัจฉิมนิเทศ) ประจำปีการศึกษา 2566 ณ หอประชุมมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครสวรรค์ (อ.เมืองฯ)
อาจารย์ปรัศนีย์ นัยนานนท์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี รักษาการผู้อำนวยการกองพัฒนานักศึกษา ได้กล่าวรายงานว่า โครงการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่อาชีพเพื่อก้าวสู่การทำงาน (ปัจฉิมนิเทศ) เป็นการเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 เพื่อก้าวเข้าสู่การทำงานอย่างมีศักยภาพ โดยบัณฑิตจะสามารถมองเห็นความต้องการของตนเองว่ามีความสอดคล้องกับองค์กรในด้านใด สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีความสุข และประสบความสำเร็จในการประกอบอาชีพ โดยมีกิจกรรมเสวนา ในหัวข้อ hard skill และ soft skill การปรับตัวเข้าสู่สังคม และการเตรียมตัวเข้าสังคมเพื่อนร่วมงาน และกิจกรรมการบรรยาย ในหัวข้อ start up กับ NSRUBi
ผลการดำเนินงานเชิงปริมาณ
นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 และชั้นปีที่ 2 (เทียบโอน) ในปีการศึกษา 2566 เข้าร่วมโครงการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อก้าวสู่โลกการทำงาน (ปัจฉิมนิเทศ) ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 จำนวน 1605 คน
ผลการดำเนินงานเชิงคุณภาพ
นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 และชั้นปีที่ 2 (เทียบโอน) ในปีการศึกษา 2566 มีระดับคุณภาพในการจัดกิจกรรมร้อยละ 95
จากผลการดำเนินโครงการด้านที่มีคุณภาพมากที่สุดคือ Hard Skill และ Soft Skill การปรับตัวเข้าสู่สังคมและการเตรียมตัวเข้าสังคมเพื่อนร่วมงาน คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.24 รองลงมาคือประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมฯ และการปรับใช้แนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน และการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.95 ลำดับที่สองด้านความเข้าใจและการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ “การหางาน สมัครงาน การทำเรซูเม่ในยุค 4.0” คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.84 ลำดับที่สามความรู้จากการบรรยาย"การทำงานให้เป็นสุข และประสบความสำเร็จ คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.80 ลำดับที่สี่ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในการประกอบอาชีพ กิจกรรมนัดพบแรงงาน คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.76 ลำดับที่ห้าด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดกิจกรรมฯ มีความชัดเจนและเหมาะสม ด้านสถานที่ ในการจัดกิจกรรมฯ และด้านโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ในการจัดกิจกรรมฯ คะแนนเฉลี่ยน 3.73 ลำดับที่เจ็ดด้านระยะเวลา ในการจัดกิจกรรมฯ คะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.70 และลำดับสุดท้ายคือด้านรูปแบบของการจัดกิจกรรมฯ มีความเหมาะสม (กำหนดการ, กิจกรรมต่างๆ)

Fourth-year and transfer second-year students in the academic year 2023 participated in the Preparing for the Workplace Program (Pachachimnit) with no less than 80% attendance, totaling 1605 individuals.
Results of Qualitative Performance:
Fourth-year and transfer second-year students in the academic year 2023 achieved a quality level of 95% in activity organization.
From the project's outcomes, students are prepared for life planning to enter the workforce. They have been equipped to apply for jobs and pursue careers.
The highest quality aspects of the project are Hard Skills and Soft Skills, adapting to society and preparing for social integration with colleagues. The average score is 4.24. Following this is the benefits gained from participating in activities, adapting to readiness guidelines before entering the job market, and preparing for future careers with an average score of 3.95. The second-ranked aspect is understanding and applying the principles of "job hunting, job application, and resume writing in the era of 4.0" with an average score of 3.84. The third-ranked aspect is knowledge gained from lectures on "working happily and achieving success" with an average score of 3.80. The fourth-ranked aspect is understanding of professional occupations, job matchmaking activities with an average score of 3.76. The fifth-ranked aspect is the clarity and suitability of publicizing activities, venue arrangements, and visual aids in activity organization with an average score of 3.73. The seventh-ranked aspect is the timeframe for organizing activities with an average score of 3.70. Lastly, the suitability of activity organization formats (schedules, various activities) is the lowest ranked aspect.
